Every home deserves Professional Photography and that is what I provide. I contract with some of the Portland area’s best real estate photographers offering high resolution portraits in every shot. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.
Joe will solicit feedback from all showings and provide buyer’s agent feedback to you, the seller, as soon as it is received.
Upon receiving a written offer, Joe will contact the buyer’s lender to verify the strength of the buyer. If the offer is a cash offer, Joe will review the proof of funds and report the findings to seller. Joe will monitor the buyer’s loan process from start to finish.
Today mortgage loans require a successful appraisal. Lenders must initiate the appraisal process by contacting an appraisal pool or appraisal management company. It is common for appraisers to come from areas outside of the subject property area. Because of this, Joe’s service includes a meeting with the appraiser and provides a comparable sales report that helps insure that the appraisal will come in at sale price or higher.
Timeline management is crucial in today’s real estate sales. Joe will manage earnest money deposit, all transaction contingencies, escrow communication, and pledges to keep sellers informed about all issues relating to their transaction.
